DEMO GUIDELINES

• Please check in with a market supervisor on your arrival.
• Demo person is required to wear professional attire. (No open-toe shoes)
• Gloves must be worn while handling food.
• Demo person MUST use our approved cart, without exception unless approved by Farmshop ahead of time. Cart is provided at time of demo.
• Demo people must bring their own product for demoing, we will not provide inventory to sample.
• Demo person must bring all utensils and food handling gloves. Please use compostable or biodegradable utensils/serving cups.
• When done with Demo he or she must clean up their work area.
• Parking in the country mart is unavailable, you may pull in to drop off all equipment needed for the demo. Brentwood Country Mart Parking lots are customers parking ONLY. Parking is readily available on side streets – closest will be on 26th st / San Vicente.
• If you are bringing anything that needs power, please bring a 6-8’ ft extension cord.
• Have a small trash can for waste. Trash liners can be provided at request.
• When done with Demo you must clean up their work area.
  All demo samples must be supplied by demo staff, clearly marked as “SAMPLE USE”.
• All demos must be approved before arrival at your scheduled date and time.
• Cancellations or changes to your bookings are not permitted.
• No coupons are allowed – we do not authorize any coupons.
• We ask all demo personnel to not be on their cellphones – this is your opportunity to engage with the Farmshop community.
• Please arrive 15 min before your scheduled demo to allow time for set up.
